At the time of sale, Von Balkan guarantees that everything has been done by the breeder to keep the puppy in good health, to the best of the breeder's knowledge. To keep this guarantee valid, a licensed veterinarian must examine the puppy within 24 hours of the possession. If the veterinarian finds the puppy genetically imperfect, or with severe health problems, the puppy must be returned immediately to the breeder, accompanied by a certified statement from the licensed veterinarian for replacement or refund, up to the amount of purchasing price.

Von Balkan assumes no responsibility for the puppy after it leaves the premises. Under no circumstances will Von Balkan be responsible for veterinarian charges incurred by the buyer. If a replacement puppy shall be given, and one is not available at the time of return, it will be made available as soon as reasonable, or refund will be given up to the amount of purchasing price. 

The puppy could be returned to Von Balkan within 48 hours for no reason whatsoever, and refund will be given in the amount of 35% of the purchase price.

Von Balkan offers two years genetic guarantee, against severe or crippling disease, on all puppies sold. In case of hip(s) or elbow(s) dysplasia, determined by the OVC, Von Balkan kennel will replace the puppy with another puppy of equal or greater value, or refund will be given up to the amount of purchasing price.

If the buyer decides that he or she cannot keep this puppy for any reason, buyer must give Von Balkan kennel choice to take it back. In case of resale, Von Balkan must be notified.

The buyer has read, understood, and has signed this guarantee.

I as a buyer understand that if I break this contract I will be responsible for any legal fees incurred.
